So, you think you have what it takes to become a Professional Wrestler?
All shapes, sizes and genders have a place in professional wrestling today, but without proper training, your dream of being a star wrestler may never come to fruition. The art of professional wrestling begins with intense physical training. Professional athetics demand that competitors be in top physical condition, and that takes long hours of hard work. But most of all, professional wrestler must have heart; they require that soul-deep wellspring of fortitude to draw upon when things get really tough. Without the willingness, endurance, drive, devotion, and determination to be the best you can possibly be, you will never go far in professional wrestling. Do you think you can hack it? Do you truly believe you can pour yourself into professional wrestling, heart and soul? If so, you MAY have what it takes! Call today, and find out for yourself if you are Ultimate enough!
A quote from Les Thatcher about Wrestling Training
"A young hopeful approached me a few weeks back talking about over training, and I thought he was speaking of the weight room where over training is easy to do, and quite common. However he was speaking of his time in ring, and felt that twice a week might be too much! I hoped he was ribbing, but in fact he was serious. Unless you are taking a thousand bumps per session I don’t believe there is any such thing as too much ring time. That is where you develop your timing, agility, and ring wind. That squared circle is where you keep applying the same moves over and over till they become a part of your very fabric, and you have a second sense for them. As I travel around the country working with young independents then one thing that jumps out at me is that too often they think that after their first match all they have to do is show up before their scheduled appearance on a promotions show. Trouble is most of the time those shows are once per week, or more often once per month. Then the match itself lasts maybe five minutes. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY to learn, be sharp or advance your career in five minute segments once a week or month. If that is your style, then short of being the most gifted human being I have ever seen over almost a half century, you will be exactly the same place ten years from now that you are today and show little or no improvement. The point here is that all the independents that think they don’t need ring time multiple times per week are only kidding themselves. There is a saying that “The only place you will find SUCCESS before WORK is in the dictionary.”
What can the Ultimate Training Camp do for you?
| The trainers at the Ultimate Training Camp take their jobs very seriously, as should you. They will work in concert with you to bring you to the top of your game, through rigorous fitness and cardio training, proper nutrition for weight gain or loss, and muscle building and toning. They will help you to better understand the sport of professional wrestling, and how to wrestle properly through repeated instruction and drills. Training follows a natural progression of skills, from the simplest to the hardest, with repetition being your best friend, until the moves become ingrained as second nature to you. But that is not even close to the whole of the iceberg! More training continues in the learning of wrestling in front of a live crowd, proper entrance into a professional wrestling show including the use of cues, lights, and music, training on proper use of a microphone and developing microphone skills, as well as on camera training and promo video recording. This camp will provide for you every ounce of instruction necessary to walk into any independent professional wrestling show as a professional wrestler, with confidence, skill, and the ability to entertain the fans outside the squared circle with not only your incredible moves and ring skills, but also your skills on the microphone AND in front of the camera! *** So now the question becomes… Do you have what it takes to become a Professional Wrestler Graduate of the Ultimate Training Camp?
