Ultimate Wrestling returned home to Pensacola and the American Legion Post #33 for the last time
before ‘Milestone III’ on March 6. Just two weeks after Deathrow cashed in his Royal Four Contract and
won the Ultimate Wrestling Heavyweight Championship, he would face an opponent to be named from an
Elimination Scramble Match. Along with two other scheduled title defenses, the fans were excited to see
the absolute best wrestling on the Gulf Coast.

‘The Bruiserweight’ Maze vs. ‘Suicidal Soulja’ Tommy Hill

After Maze lost his Cruiserweight Championship two weeks ago, he has been looking for retribution. Right
after the match he had with Jet Angel, Maze attacked the newest member of the Cruiserweight Division:
‘Suicidal Soulja’ Tommy Hill. Hill was at ringside to congratulate the new champ, and Maze decided to take
out his frustrations on the new guy. But Hill is no rookie. A former XW-2000 Cruiserweight Champion, Hill
was ready when Ultimate Management decided his first match in Ultimate would be against Maze.
Although Maze has already been guaranteed his rematch with Jet Angel for ‘Milestone III’ on April 3, a win
for Hill would almost certainly put him at the top of the contenders list for the Championship. Hill came
out strong, showcasing amazing aerial feats to wear down ‘The Bruiserweight.’ But the momentum would
only carry ‘Suicidal Soulja’ so far, as Maze was able to take the legs out from under the high flyer. A
burst of energy later in the match would almost give Soulja the victory, but one attempt too many for a
big aerial move cost him dearly, as immediately after missing a ‘Phoenix Splash’ Maze picked Hill up for
the ‘Bruise Your Face,’ giving him the pin and the win.

‘Black Sheep’ Bobby Doll vs. Johnny Rebel vs. Tag Team Champion Cruze vs. ‘Pure’ Doug Pitt in an
Elimination Match to crown Number One Contender for Ultimate Wrestling Championship

With Cameron Frost signed to his rematch for the Heavyweight Championship at ‘Milestone III,’ Ultimate
Management needed to find someone to challenge Deathrow for the title at ‘Manifest Destiny.’ The only
way, they decided, to crown a contender would be to have an Elimination Four-Way Match with the winner
getting a shot at Deathrow later in the night. The four contenders were ‘Pure’ Doug Pitt, Johnny Rebel,
Cruze, and Bobby Doll. Before the match, Doll came out and continued his rant about how he is being
disrespected by being forced to be in the match instead of awarded the title-match. Of course, Bobby’s
arrogance cost him dearly, as after a Total Blackout and pin of Johnny Rebel, Doll let himself become
distracted. As Rebel stumbled to the back, he grabbed Doll’s precious robe, much to the dismay of Bobby.
But as the ‘Ultimate Legend’ turned back to the match, he was met with a ‘Super Power Ranger Kick’ from
Pitt, and then stumbled into another super kick from Cruze. As Doll swung around, Pitt lifted him up and
hit ‘Pure Perfection’ just as Cruze came off the top and hit Doll with the ‘Cruze Missile.’ As the fans
jumped for joy at the sight of Bobby being sent back to the dressing room, the short teamwork between
the bitter Tag Team rivals picked up. Cruze instantly jumped on Doug, weakening him enough to hit ‘Cruze
Control’ and rolling into half crab hold. Doug was able to fight out of the submission hold, however, and
battle back, finally delivering a huge ‘Super Power Ranger Kick’ to seal the deal, earn the victory, and get
a shot at becoming the youngest Heavyweight Champion in Ultimate Wrestling History.

Amish Assassin vs. ‘Party Gras’ Justin Stone

After being robbed of a victory two shows in a row, the Amish Assassin looked to break his bad fortune
against the ‘Ultimate Party.’ It’s no secret that Stone and the Amish One are two entirely different people.
But they each have the upmost respect for one another both in the ring and out. The Amishman’s size
advantage would play key in this matchup, as he systematically wore down his opponent. But the veteran
savvy of Stone would prevail, after not being able to lift the big man up for a ‘Party Valley Driver,’ he
instead capitalized on the sluggishness of the Amishman. As he put Stone up on the top-rope for what
seemed like an attempt for a superplex, Stone hooked his legs under the arms of the big man, and flipped
into a sunset flip. After what had been a grueling matchup, the Amish One just did not have it in him to
kick-out, and once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. As the two showed respect for each
other in the ring after the fall, the fans showed their support of these two phenomenal athletes.

Mr. Marcus Gibbs vs. Jet Angel (C) for the Cruiserweight Championship

Just two weeks removed from becoming the new Cruiserweight Champion, Jet Angel was set to defend
his belt against a former champion: Mr. Marcus Gibbs. Gibbs lost the title exactly 364 days prior to this
matchup, and there was a definite urgency on his face to walk out of Pensacola with the gold. Jet
brought everything he had to the table, but eventually his speed and agility gave way to the brutality of
Gibbs. Marcus’ ground and pound attack worked, as anytime Angel tried to build momentum, he was
swiftly cut off. Although he put forth a valiant effort in the match, eventually he would fall victim to the
‘Bareback,’ and Mr. Marcus Gibbs became a two time Cruiserweight Champion. Although Maze has
already signed for a rematch at ‘Milestone III,’ now Jet Angel is due a rematch. Rumors are pointing
towards Jet being given that rematch at the same time Maze gets his, which would set up a three way
dance for the Cruiserweight Championship. Time will only tell, as it seems the abundant talent within the
division is starting to gain momentum.

‘Brutal’ Joe Gibson vs. ‘Story of the Year’ Brian Caige

Joe Gibson came to the ring in his usual demeanor, and was poised to possibly comment on how he
severely injured Colby Godwin’s neck just two weeks prior, but before Joe could get a single word out of
his mouth, Brian Caige decided to make his entrance. In a very disrespectful action, he grabbed the
microphone from Joe, and proceeded to talk about how after ‘Misery’ he had now defeated 6 current or
former Ultimate Wrestling champions. He said that since that fact seems to be looked over by the
competition committee to give him a shot a title, he signed on to up that number to 7. That act may haunt
Caige for months, as what happened next was anything but championship material. Despite initially
gaining offensive momentum against the former Heavyweight Champion, once the fight spilled outside
the ring it was over. Joe pounded and pummeled Caige all over the ringside. With a pure rage in his eye,
Joe decimated the ‘Story of the Year’ to ovations of ‘Break the Streak! Break the Streak!’ It seemed that
Joe would do just that, as he slid Caige into the ring, and continued his assault, eventually busting open
Caige and causing him to bleed profusely. But Joe made a huge mistake if he intended to break the
unpinned streak of Caige, as he failed to obey referee Justin Sync, even shoving Sync out of his way to
continue his assault on a helpless Caige. Without delay, Sync called for the bell, and Joe left the ring, as
Caige stumbled to his feet a bloody mess. But he had stayed true to his word, albeit by disqualification,
Caige had won the match. As he yelled out to the crowd “make that SEVEN!” Joe charged back, and nearly
took Caige’s head off with a brutal ‘Irish Wake’ that Brian did not get up from.

‘Mr. USA’ T.A. Jones vs. ‘The Feature’ Carlos D’Angelo vs. X-Factor Champion ‘Canadian Superstar’ Aeon
Flexx in a Non-title Triple Threat Match

Earlier in the evening, T.A. Jones was the special guest on ‘The Feature Presentation’ with Carlos D’Angelo.
Carlos went on praising how far Jones has come in the past couple of months, and even formally
congratulated him for all of his accomplishments in his short career: 2007 Ultimate Wrestling Rookie of
the Year, inaugural ‘Ecstasy of Gold’ Champion and Tag Team Champions with Doug Pitt, as well as
several championships elsewhere on the Gulf Coast. Carlos even brought up the stellar match that the
two of them had in August, when Carlos willingly defended his then X-Factor Championship against a man
that everyone had written off entirely. Carlos said that he gave T.A. a chance when nobody else would,
but before he could bring up Jones’ X-Factor title match later that evening, Aeon Flexx came out to the
ring. The current X-Factor Champ stood in the face of Carlos and said that he should be ashamed for
trying to butter up Jones to ask for his title match instead. So Flexx compromised with the two men, he
would face both of them in a Triple Threat Match later in the night. But with Flexx there is always a
catch, this one was that he wasn’t obligated to defend his X-Factor Championship, and unlike Carlos,
wasn’t “stupid enough” to want to.

In the match, all three men showcased mastery of their crafts, as early on each was taken out by
another’s finishing maneuver. The fans were on edge the entire match, as neither competitor could grab
a firm hold on the match. In the end, however, Flexx would score the victory when he delivered the
‘Elevator DDT’ onto Jones, then immediately put him in a Sharpshooter.

After the match, Carlos grabbed the microphone, and finally announced his rematch for the X-Factor
Championship would be at ‘Milestone III.’ But a twist to this match was the challenge that ‘The Feature’
threw down. He wanted the match to be a ‘Three Stages of Pain’ Match. No word yet on if Flexx has
accepted the challenge or if Ultimate Wrestling Management will sign the match regardless.

‘Pure’ Doug Pitt vs. Deathrow for the Ultimate Wrestling Heavyweight Championship

Doug Pitt truly earned his chance at the Ultimate Wrestling Heavyweight Championship when he pinned
Bobby Doll and Cruze in the same match earlier in the night. But the most daunting of tasks still lay
before him: pin Deathrow. Only two men in Ultimate Wrestling can say they have accomplished this feat,
and the truth is that Doug Pitt was nowhere near the size of those two men. But what Doug lacked in size,
he makes up for with pure athletic ability and heart. Doug showed no fear, and went head into a match
that there was almost no chance of walking out of. Despite his best efforts, and coming far closer to
achieving victory than anyone had planned or imagined, a Big Boot from Deathrow sealed the ‘Pure One’s’
fate, and Deathrow stood tall once again as Champion. But that would not be all for the Monster. Row
continued to punish Pitt after the bell had rung, and eventually T.A. Jones came out to ringside to the aid
of his partner. After Deathrow had finally gone backstage, Pitt and Jones stood in the ring, feeling real
accomplishment despite their shortcomings on this night. They knew they were united stronger than ever
and, with just four weeks until their Ladder Match at ‘Milestone III for the Tag Team Championship, that
unity will get them through any storm.
