- News and Rumors would like to thank the great fans who came out to watch “Torn to
Shreds” on July 18th. Ultimate Wrestling came back from a short Summer break with a
bang. “Torn to Shreds” saw the termination of a legend, two title defenses, the debut of a
breath-taking new wrestler, and a very controversial “turn”. Ultimate Wrestling is getting
ready for its’ next show on August 1st, titled ‘Aftermath ‘09’. News and Rumors has some
HUGE announcements pertaining to shows in the very near future. Thanks to all the
wrestlers, staff, security and most importantly the fans for making “Torn to Shreds” a
fantastic show.

- In the eyes of some fans, ‘The Former Sinner” Nick Virtue “stole” a victory from “The
Master of Devastation” Cameron Frost on July 18th. Virtue has been nursing a torn
meniscus since May and wasn’t sure if he’d be able to have the match he wanted to have
on July 18th. Before the match, Nick expressed his respect and admiration for Cameron
Frost. He told Frost that he has a knee injury and that he expected Frost to take it easy
on him. Frost, who was attacked from behind by Virtue on May 23rd in Milton, didn’t
believe a word of what Nick was saying. A very scary moment happened towards the end
of the match when Frost shot Virtue into the ropes, Nick’s leg gave out, and he crumbled
to the mat. Senior Official Frog Lane told Frost to go back to his corner. Frost looked on
with a look of genuine concern while Nick told Frog that his knee was “gone”. Announcer
Curt Diamond and Head of Security, Joel, went to check on Nick while Nick screamed in
agony. Frog started to help Virtue up to get him to the back. Frost then approached Nick.
Once Frost’s guard was down, Nick small packaged Frost and got a three count. Frost
shook his head in disbelief, laughing to himself knowing that he had fallen to one of Virtue’
s mind games.

- A huge “dream match” has been signed involving both Cameron Frost and Nick Virtue in
Pensacola on August 1st. Frost remains in the title hunt and will get his rematch on
August 22nd in Milton FL. Carlos D’Angelo, current X-Factor champion isn’t defending his
belt until August 22nd either. D’Angelo said he’s got beef with Marcus Gibbs and “didn’t
have anything to do that night” so he offered a tag team spot to Frost. Neither Gibbs nor
Virtue has responded, but Frost has agreed to team with D’Angelo in Milton. News and
Rumors is happy to report that the tag match, whether Gibbs or Virtue like it or not, WILL
take place. This marks the first time in Ultimate Wrestling History that the X-Factor
Championship and the Heavyweight Championship are appearing together in the same
tag match. Gibbs created quite a bit of controversy after attacking D’Angelo on July 18th.
Although his motives aren’t yet know, Gibbs has said that he’s got a new outlook on life.
He’s past the point of caring about the fans and his goal is to win gold and “please his
princess.” News and Rumors has no idea what the last part of that statement means, but
you wont want to miss this incredible tag match on August 1st in Pensacola!

- Deathrow. The word alone should send shivers down the spine of anyone who has seen
this behemoth of a man. Joe Gibson showed little fear during his match with the giant. The
match was thrown out after both men put their hands on senior official Frog Lane. The
sound of the bell did not slow down Deathrow or Joe Gibson as both men kept throwing
punch after punch. Security, staff and a good amount of wrestlers had to come to the ring
to hold Joe Gibson back. “The Story of the Year” Brian Caige was in the ring trying to
keep Deathrow back when Deathrow decided he was tired of listening to Caige. Caige was
picked up over Deathrow's head and thrown into the crowd of security, staff, and
wrestlers. The only man left standing was Joe Gibson himself. This gave Joe an
opportunity to run into the ring and continue the brawl. News and Rumors has heard that
UW WILL NOT sign a rematch for these too men. The chaos that transpired after “Torn to
Shreds” was reckless and showed little concern for safety. Joe Gibson said he’ll be in
Pensacola on August 1st. Deathrow has also said that he’ll be in Pensacola on August
1st. No official match has been signed, but both men promise a confrontation.

- “Torn to Shreds” saw a very scary, very intense moment involving Bobby Doll, Uncle Jim
and Diana Drake-Hearse. Diana Drake-Hearse did exactly what she said she’d do when
she ripped Robert Gibson’s Ultimate Wrestling contract up. Robert Gibson is no longer
with Ultimate Wrestling, due to stipulations from Milton's match between Flexx and Doll.
Bobby Doll took his frustration out on Diana-Drake Hearse by grabbing her by the hair
and pulling his fist back. Uncle Jim, who normally aggress with whatever Bobby Doll says
and does, apparently couldn’t watch a woman be abused. Jim stepped in between Bobby
and Diana. Dianna got pushed into the turnbuckle and tried to stand up and regain her
composure. Right after that, Bobby shoved Jim into Diana, who crumbled. Bobby went to
the outside and grabbed a chair, but Jim grabbed it before he could hit Diana with it.
Security, announcers, and even commissioner Sasso pleaded with Doll to think things
over. Livid and out of control, he picked up Diana Drake-Hearse for his dreaded pile
driver. Aeon Flexx ran to the ring and stopped “The Black Sheep” before things got any
more out of hand. A livid Alexander Hearse III set a match for Flexx and Doll that night.
Doll came out on top, and Flexx said that he and Bobby are “tied 1 to 1.” He issued a
challenge to Bobby on August 1st to “break the tie”. Diana Drake- Hearse has said that
because Flexx was courageous and came to her aid, he has a shot at any belt, any time
he wants. You won’t want to miss Doll VS Flexx III on August 1st.

- News and Rumors is happy to report that rumors of a tag tournament were indeed true!
On September 12th in Milton Florida, Ultimate Wrestling will hold the First Annual ‘Ecstasy
of Gold’ Tournament. This year it will feature the recently vacated Tag Team
Championship. 16 of your favorite Ultimate Wrestling stars will be on hand to take part in
the Lottery, where names will be drawn at random to determine who the partners are.
Already signed for this huge show are “The Story of the Year” Brian Caige, “Brutal” Joe
Gibson, Carlos D’Angelo, The Black Wolf, Cameron Frost, and Bruiserweight Maze. More
names will be announced by News and Rumors as soon as Ultimate Wrestling releases
them.

Quick News and Rumors and Injury Report

Rumor has it a small confrontation went down after “Torn to Shreds” between Joe Gibson
and Deathrow. Cameras were NOT rolling when this happened, but apparently Deathrow
made some disparaging comments about some of the UW students and Joe heard it. As
of right now, no match has been signed for Deathrow or Joe Gibson on August 1st in
Pensacola.

“The Story of the Year” Brian Caige is still unpinned and unsubmitted in ‘09. Doug Pitt had
his challenge granted and will face Caige on August 1st at the American Legion Post 33.

The Bruiserweight Maze will be defending his Cruiserweight Championship on August 1st
against the new-comer, Jet Angel. Angel has impressed UW staff with his high flying ability
and his laid back, positive attitude.

TA Jones had another FANTASTIC match on July 18th. Jones is winning over fans and
peers every time he steps into the ring. Whether you like to cheer good guys or bad guys,
EVERYONE is showing Jones respect.

Mike Thrash is out for 8 weeks.

Rikki Rocket is out indefinitely.

The Amish Assassin is out until the beginning of next year.

Carlos D’Angelo sprained his wrist and broke a finger in his match with TA Jones. He won’t
miss any time.

Joe Gibson was favoring his ribs after his match. He wont’ miss any time.
