Ultimate Wrestling returned to the American Legion Post 33 in Pensacola, FL on August 1st
for ‘Aftermath’ in front of an electric and enthusiastic crowd. The fans packed the Legion
hall to see their favorite Ultimate Superstars, along with a much anticipated double-main
event.

RESULTS

“Story of the Year” Brian Caige def. “Pure” Doug Pitt

So far in his Ultimate career, Brian Caige has yet to be pinned or submitted. He’ll also be the
first person to remind you of this fact. It’s no surprise that other superstars in the Ultimate
locker room have started to band together to try and “beat the streak.” Nobody seemed
more motivated to be the first to do this than someone who started training with Caige at
the Ultimate Wrestling Academy than “Pure” Doug Pitt. Pitt has tasted success all along the
Gulf Coast, and felt that his knowledge about how Caige operates would give him an
advantage. The two met in a 5-man scramble match at ‘Torn to Shreds,’ and made it
obvious that each were spoiling to fight the other. After much anticipation, the match was
signed, and Doug guaranteed that he would be the first to beat the “Story of the Year.”
Each combatant gave 150% effort to beat the other, and even Caige was determined not to
take the cheap way out. It seemed that the “streak” would finally be broken when Pitt
locked Caige in his “Pure Dominance” submission, but just as Brian was on the verge of
submitting, he found a will to make it to the bottom rope. A flurry ensued that saw a slew
of near-falls, including Caige kicking out of “Pure Perfection” AND the “Super Power
Ranger Kick.,” as well as Pitt kicking out of a vicious spear from Caige. In the end, Caige
got the best of Doug when he caught another attempt for the super kick and turned it into
his “Final Take” for the pinfall. Caige escaped with his un-pinned and un-submitted streak
in tact, with no word on who will be the next to attempt to stop it.

“Mr. USA” T.A. Jones def. The Black Wolf

T.A. Jones has taken everyone to the limit in recent months. Although he hasn’t been on
the winning side, he’s earned the respect of his peers and management of Ultimate
Wrestling. Unfortunately Jones expected to start at the bottom of the totem pole, and had a
match with the rookie Black Wolf. T.A. made short work of the Wolf, pinning him after a
devastating splash to bulldog combo.

As announcer Curt Diamond was about to introduce the next contest, “Brutal” Joe Gibson
stormed to the ring to make his promise to confront Deathrow at ‘Aftermath.’ Joe said that
he didn’t care that Ultimate management would not sign a match for the two on the belief
that they were “too violent.” Deathrow would not back down as he came out moments
later with his barbed wire wrapped baseball bat, to which Joe responded by pulling a
massive chain from under the ring. As Deathrow stormed into the ring, the two mastodons
unleashed hell upon each other with the bat and chain. In the end, however, Deathrow was
able to incapacitate Gibson by wrapping the chain around his neck, and knocking him out
with a vicious curb stomp. ‘Row was able to eventually drag Joe by the chain, and hung
him from the top rope. As security and other superstars rushed to Joe’s aid, Deathrow
laughed as he admired his handiwork. No word yet on the extent of injuries suffered by
either behemoth, or if Ultimate Wrestling will find a way to settle this violent and dangerous
feud before either competitor, or the fans themselves, are seriously injured.

“Party Gras” Justin Stone def. Turbo Ted

Following one of the most serious moments in Ultimate Wrestling history, the fans were
finally allowed to relax and have fun as the “Ultimate Party” rolled through town. Justin
Stone has brought on a huge following of his “Laissez les bon temps rouler” lifestyle,
showering the fans with beads and throws. His opponent was the hard hitting Turbo Ted,
who was coming of an impressive victory at ‘Torn to Shreds.’ End the end, Stone’s party
kept on rolling as he was able to roll up Ted for the pinfall.

“The Bruiserweight” Maze def. Jet Angel to retain the Ultimate Wrestling Cruiserweight
Championship

Jet Angel made such an impressive debut at ‘Torn to Shreds’ that he was awarded the #1
contendership for the Cruiserweight Championship, which he cashed in at ‘Aftermath.’ Jet’s
speed and agility wowed the fans as he took on Maze, who also has tremendous high flying
abilities. The two battled back and forth, each seemingly trying to fly higher and farther
than the other. Jet was able to take Maze to the brink after an amazing Frankensteiner off
the top rope, but as he went to hit his “Final Approach DDT”, Maze dodged out of the way,
and rolled up Angel with a pull of the tights that went unseen for the pinfall. An enraged
Jet Angel later demanded and was granted a rematch at a later date.

“MR.” Marcus Gibbs and UW Heavyweight Champion Nick Virtue def. X-Factor Champion
Carlos D’Angelo and “The Master of Devastation” Cameron Frost

For the first time in Ultimate Wrestling history, both major singles titles were represented in
the same ring at the same time. Following what happened at ‘Torn to Shreds,’ both “The
Master of Devastation” Cameron Frost and X-Factor Champion “The Feature” Carlos D’
Angelo were looking for payback. Seeing how neither would have a chance for retribution
until August 22nd at ‘Back With a Vengeance’ in Milton, Frost and Carlos decided to team
up and take out their frustrations together in a tag match against Heavyweight Champ Nick
Virtue and the newly christened “MR.” Marcus Gibbs. Gibbs, who won a match to become
#1 contender for the X-Factor title, blindsided both Carlos and the fans in one of the most
controversial changes in attitude in recent history. Frost, on the other hand, was looking to
avenge his loss at the hands of Virtue’s mind games on July 18th. Although they have
major differences, both the former “Chocolate Boy Wonder” and “The Former Sinner”
were able to band together for a common goal. After an early advantage by Frost and D’
Angelo, Marcus was able to use his sound technical abilities, as well as some trickery from
Nick Virtue, to gain the upper hand. Just as it seemed that Carlos would be able to come
back and gain the advantage again, emotions got the best of all four competitors as Frost
and Virtue found themselves brawling on the floor. This allowed Gibbs to hit the
“Bareback” on Carlos, picking up the victory. Later in the evening in an interview, Gibbs
stated that he had hit the “Bareback” once, twice, and promised that the third time in
Milton would be “golden” for “MR. Gibbs.”

“Canadian Superstar” Aeon Flexx def. “Blacksheep” Bobby Doll

Earlier in the evening on Carlos D’Angelo’s “Feature Presentation,” it was revealed that for
rushing to the help of GM Diana Drake-Hearse on July 18th, Aeon Flexx was awarded a title
shot anytime he desired. During the interview segment, Bobby Doll decided to interrupt
“The Canadian Superstar.” Flexx then said that he didn’t care about a heavyweight title,
and that all he cared about was stepping in the ring with Bobby later that night. Bobby said
that what he was going through had nothing to do with Flexx, but that it was everything to
do with Ultimate Wrestling management, and that anyone who got in the way was going to
get hurt. The “Blacksheep” gave Aeon Flexx the opportunity to back out of the match, and
gave him the chance to choose his side. Flexx, however, was dead set on getting his hands
on Bobby and the match was on. Tensions in the match were high, as GM Diana Drake-
Hearse decided to accompany Flexx to ringside to counteract the advantage Bobby Doll had
in the form of Uncle Jim. Any time that Uncle Jim tried to help Bobby, Diana was there to
make sure it didn’t happen, either by making sure Sr. Official Frog Lane noticed, or
personally stopping Jim’s attempts. During the heat of the match, however, Frog was
knocked out temporarily, allowing Jim to slide a steel chair in the ring to Bobby. As Bobby
went to hit Flexx with the chair, Diana jumped onto the apron and screamed to Bobby that
if he hit Flexx with the chair he would be fired on the spot. Bobby’s sights quickly focused
on Diana, and he raised the chair to strike her. Jim, however, had seen enough and stepped
in to reason with Doll. As all of this was going on, both Flexx and Frog Lane were coming
to, and Aeon rolled Bobby up for the pinfall. A furious Bobby grabbed the chair that he had
dropped and promptly dented the chair with Flexx’s head. With his opponent knocked out,
Bobby yet again turned his attention, and the chair, on Diana Drake-Hearse. Jim again tried
to reason with Bobby, giving Diana time to flea to the back. Bobby then noticed the damage
he had done to Flexx, seeing the blood flowing from his head. This caused a bull effect, as
the crimson mask gave more motivation for Bobby to cause as much destruction as
possible. Following a piledriver on the chair, Bobby taped Flexx to the turnbuckle, and
decimated him. Several superstars, including Jet Angel and Justin Stone, rushed to Flexx’s
aid, but Bobby eliminated them as well. When Doll had finally had enough he left, leaving
security and staff frantically trying to take Aeon out of his “crucifixion.”
